Hope-Filled Sunday!

HOPE Amid the Pain header

Happy Sunday! Here’s some encouragement for your week.

Worry. Fear. Anxiety.

Peace. Grace. Comfort.

Which list is most relatable to you?

If you’re anything like me (especially during these last two years), you likely identify with the first group, though it makes me sad to admit that. Lately, it’s been all too easy to lose faith and let the “what-if” thoughts overwhelm me. Perhaps that’s happened to you, as well. If so, trust me, you’re not alone.

Many people in the Bible struggled with fear and anxiety, including Martha, Job, Jonah, King David, Elijah, and Moses. These are likely people you are familiar with, and we can learn a lot from them. Though they all struggled, they all looked to and served God. They can be an encouragement to us, reminding us that God used them in big ways, and He will use us, too. God has big plans for us—even with our fears and anxieties. Share on X Because even when we struggle, God gives us His love, grace, and comfort. That will never change.

Lord, thank You for all you do to provide for me. Help me to notice the little blessings, especially during the challenging moments. Amen.

Have a blessed day. Gentle hugs to all of you. ?
