Thankful Thursday: His Encouragement #19

Welcome to Thankful Thursday: His Encouragement.

I am blessed to be part of a group of bloggers who’ll be sharing a bit of encouragement through Scripture verses. I hope this post blesses you as you finish the week and that you find peace, strength, and comfort in the Lord.

This month, my focus will be on Leviticus. Today, I’m sharing a devotion about Leviticus 22:33.

Leviticus 22:33

You can see the Lord’s compassion in this verse. It was a reminder to His people that He had brought them out of bondage, He was with them, and He was their Lord.

Leviticus 22:33 serves as a similar reminder to us, though our bondage may be different today than it was in the Old Testament. The Lord’s words apply to a variety of things, such as money, fear, power, and anxiety. The Lord is for us, and He is with us. He cares about every little detail of our lives. So go to Him and ask for his help in whatever is holding you back. Share on X

Lord, help us to turn to You in every situation. Free us from whatever is weighing us down. Amen.
