Tuesday Tip
For today’s Tuesday Tip, I’d like to share a few ways to help minimize your daily pain.
- Rest. It is so important to listen to your body and rest as needed. Many people are hesitant to do this, perhaps because they’re concerned about looking lazy or because they’re worried about all they need to do. However, resting when needed is important in helping to minimize your daily pain.
- Pacing. It’s important to spread out tasks and even delegate, if possible. Do the most urgent tasks, as well as those only you can do, and schedule out what can wait.Â
- Accommodations. Make accommodations around the house and at work where possible, such as using a chair or stool to make tasks a bit easier.
