Today’s Tuesday Tip: Heating pads and ice packs are helpful tools in managing chronic pain.
I don’t know about you, but I probably use these every single day! Each one serves a purpose, and one may work better on a certain area or a specific type of pain than the other does. For me, I only like ice for headaches and migraines, as well as for immediate injuries, such as when I twist my ankle for the umpteenth time this week! Otherwise, heat is my go-to.
