Tuesday Tip
Today’s Tuesday Tip is one that is challenging for many people, as some view it as being selfish. However, it’s exactly the opposite! So today, I want to remind you to make time for yourself! (And, when we forget to do so, our bodies will likely remind us, whether we want it to or not!)
While it’s certainly important to be there for others, you can’t do that if you aren’t there for yourself first. Self-care isn't a luxury; it's a necessity! Share on X
Self-care comes in a variety of forms, including:
- Rest when needed
- Enjoy nature
- Spend time with God
- Read a book
- Listen to music
- Watch a favorite TV show or movie
- Take a social media break
