Tuesday Tip
For today’s Tuesday Tip, I’d like to share a few things that many (perhaps all) people living with chronic pain and illness should stop doing. (Actually, most people could probably benefit from at least one item on this list.) I’m going to work on this “Stop Doing” To-Do List for 2026.
- Stop pushing yourself beyond your limits/spoons.
- Stop comparing yourself to others.
- Stop being ashamed of or feel guilty about needing help (which includes mobility aides, medications, or help from other people).
