Hope-Filled Sunday!
Happy Sunday! Here’s some encouragement for your week.
Life is hard, and we’re faced with many challenges each and every day. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed wondering how to juggle everything on our plates. And it can also be common to wonder where God is and why He’s seemingly not helping us by answering our prayers.
As today’s verse reminds us, no matter what our current circumstance may be, it’s important to praise God first for all His wonderful deeds. While you are waiting for an answer, take time to reflect on the past. Look at all the times He’s come through for you in the past. You’ll notice that He didn’t forget you or fail to meet your needs (though it may not have been in the way you envisioned). This time of reflection will encourage you to stay strong. Then trust that He will once again show up.
Lord, it’s not always easy for me to wait, but help me to praise You and trust that Your timing is always perfect.
