I've found that one of the most challenging things about living with chronic illness and pain is the inconsistency. Click To Tweet Just because I could do something yesterday doesn’t mean I can do it today, and it may not mean that I can’t do it tomorrow. It’s a constant cycle of unknowns and uncertainties. However, it has helped me realize the importance of being mindful of living in the moment.
